When will I receive my photos?
Your images will be sent to you via email. To the email used at the time of booking.
The email will contain a link to your private gallery where you can download your images directly to your devices.
Our elves work really hard and aim to get galleries sent within 3-7 business days of your session.
Please note at times, this may push out by 24hrs due to demand.
I need to reschedule or cancel my session
If you open up your booking confirmation email (you will have two) you’ll see a reschedule and cancellation link.
These can be used to reschedule or cancel your session with 48hrs notice.
Where is Ballarat's Location?
Our Ballarat Sessions are located at Mercure Ballarat - Hotel & Convention Centre, 5 minutes from Ballarat's CBD.
Parking is available on site.

Where is Geelong's Location?
Our Geelong Sessions are located at Ceres Temperance Hall, 10 minutes from Geelong's CBD.
Parking is available on site.

Where is Melbourne's Location?
Our Melbourne (Malvern) Sessions are located at 293 Waverley Road, Malvern East, VIC 3145.

What is your refund policy?
You can reschedule your session with 48hr notice to a new date and time, by following the link on the reschedule button in your booking confirmation.
You can also cancel your session with 48hrs notice and you will receive a full refund, by following the link on the cancel button in your booking confirmation.
Cancellation requests with less than 48hrs notice must be emailed, and will receive a 50%refund.
No-shows will not receive a refund.
